GARY FERGUSON is the author of 22 books on science and nature. His most
recent book, The Carry Home is recipient of the 2015 Nature Writing Award
by the prestigious Sigurd Olson Environmental Institute. Ferguson is a
frequent contributor on environmental issues to various publications,
including Vanity Fair,Outside and Los Angeles Times. He has appeared on
more than 200 radio and television programs and regular delivers keynote
addresses for conservation groups and universities.
