Does anyone know about a US Decal for boats larger than 30+ feet.  It's only
about $30-$40 but, you need it to get back into the US after foreign travel.

You can register at https://dtops.cbp.dhs.gov/, the dept of homeland
security site that allows you to purchase decal.  Once registered it can be
done easily each year.

If you have any difficulty with the site there is a phone number and
the people are very helpful especially when you go to pay which takes
you to another site
