Their website has a "members only" section, and recently, a fellow Captain provided his Excel spreadsheet planning tool for all of us to use. Just click on the "members only" section, then "useful links", and it is the first link you will see. Your computer will need Excel running, including its updates thought 2010. Many members have used this tool and have said it was a big help.
