Pacific Gallery Artists's Feb. meeting presents Susan Russell Hall, "Breaking through encaustic and pyrograph art". Susan is President of the Tacoma Art Museum, has a studio in Lakewood where she makes encaustic and pyrograph art, as well as a career of marathon racing.
