@ Hammonasset, 3:50 PM. Townsend’s Solitaire now visible in Campground adjacent Tunxis restroom and entrance road. Several birders present. Bird was relocated in vicinity by Nic Main after several hours of absence.

FYI to all:  The park now closes at 4:30 PM.

Let’s hope the bird sticks around – there are plenty of berries so hopefully it will…!!
