CHB will be joining with the Washington Conservation Corps for a restoration project at the Tahoma Salt Marsh on March 28, 2009 from noon to 4pm. The site is near Jack Hyde Park off of Schuster Parkway in Tacoma. We will be planting the marsh with native plants and digging a drainage ditch to help facilitate better drainage in the marsh itself. Snacks and drinks will be provided.
