Hello all,
We are very much looking forward to seeing you in Las Vegas at the CITASA events next Monday. Our section reception will be Monday, August 22 from 5-7 pm in one of the Caesar's Palace suites. We have a suite assigned to our group in the Forum Tower. Once we confirm the exact location it will be sent via this list, twitter, announced at CITASA events and hopefully through the word-of-mouth buzzing about the party. We should get that confirmation by Monday at noon at the latest, but hopefully much earlier than that.
Throwing an event in a suite means that we won't have to shout over loud music or compete for drinks with a bachelorette party. We won't have to venture out into the 115F/40C heat. It also means that we can bring in a great caterer. Donna Adams and her team will be taking great care of us with microbrew beer, small vineyard wines and tasty nibbles.
I'd love to have 4 intrepid volunteers to help us with room set up (great events do require great sacrifice) from 4-5 pm in exchange for being first in the line-up for food and drinks and the warm fuzzy feeling of having done a good deed. Please just email me if you can help.
Looking forward to seeing you then and there!
