Would any of you happen to have a good example of a lease or license agreement allowing a contractor to use City-property for staging purposes during construction? Also do any of your cities have a City-friendly form agreement for reimbursement of a utility's expenses for relocating their equipment in the ROW (I'm hoping to stop using the franchise holder's one-sided agreements)?
