A gentle reminder that the CITASA Award for Public Sociology nominations
are due soon. Consider nominating someone (or yourself!).
CITASA Award for Public Sociology recognizes a specific achievement in
teaching, the development or the use of a communication or information
technology, or the dissemination of knowledge that advances public
understanding or engagement with the sociology of communications or the
sociology of information technology. Recipients receive $250 in
recognition of their work.
Please send a paragraph describing why you think the person should receive
the award
and a CV to all members of the committee on or before March 15, 2012.
