Good afternoon, all, A member has a question about a long-term land lease. The land was developed in the 1980's into a mall and has unique provisions that modern mall developers allege are contrary to industry standards. The member would like any resources for cities who own the land under a mall or a similar commercial enterprise. They would be interested in reviewing other cities' contracts or hearing about their experiences with modernizing a lease relationship.
