Mike, The Southern Caribbean sounds pretty good. We were planning on hitting brazil and then making our way up there for the hurricane season as well, but after getting the dockwise quote, ended up in florida. We had a great time in the Med. Arrived in Ceuta in Aug. 07, then Gib, Barcelona, Portofino, Rome, Sicily, Malta, Crete, Israel, Egypt, Suez, Red Sea, back to Israel, Turkey, Greece, Malta, Sardinia, Barcelona and finally Palma.(left Palma Feb.09) Wonderful experience. I am planning a trip down island to Trinidad for the hurricane season and then across Venezuela to Panama while also taking in the A B C's as well.
