How refreshing to read of the Cheoy Lee 55 "Chartwell". I, too, own a Cheoy Lee 55' LRMY 1988 model, having bought the "Excalibur" new that year. We, also have cruised thousands of miles, but only on the U.S. East coast, Bermuda (a couple of times), Bahamas and Mexico. We like the boat so much we have it on the market for sale so we can buy a new one. Plans are to buy it in China, cruise the islands of Indonesia (my wife's homeland), then work our way back to the East coast. Hopefully we will also be able to share such exhilerating experiences as those we have read on PUP.
