LSR Board

We have enjoyed being part of this neighborhood for the past twelve years.
The covenants we were given state that the board should have at least three
members. I’m am not familiar with any documents with a five member
requirement. If we do need to vote to bring our board into compliance, I
support adding folks who have been part LSR and want to keep the same
spirit of community that we have worked to establish over the years.

We have belonged to other homeowner associations in the past with
obstructive and controlling boards. We count ourselves lucky to be part of
this great community with a responsive board that takes the meaning of
stewardship seriously.

I strongly endorse a professional management company. Wildwood, including
Erinn Corkins, are immediately available and able to respond to requests.
This also gives us some much needed separation when issues with individuals
in Limestone Ranch need to be addressed. I do not want to pay the board
members or to have them take on the administrative duties for the
association.

I think I am echoing the feelings of most of the others responding to this
email chain, thanks LSR Board Tom, Reid and Greg, you can have my vote
again any day of the week!
