Here are more dates that don't "fit the format":

19 July 1943

VII-19-1943

19-VII-1943

Thanks for these, Margriet.

Earlier, we spoke about a format similar to the last one you list here,
only it used two digits for the date (e.g., 19-VII-43, rather than
19-VII-1943). Would it be possible for you to hand-modify the entries with
two-year dates into the four-year date format? How many entries are there?
How much work would that be?

You mentioned that those two-year-formatted dates go back to 1836. Rather
than setting a rule such as assuming two year dates to be in the 20th
century -- a rule that would be wrong a lot of the time -- could you update
the data so that all entries had four-year dates?

Thanks again,
Rick
