This CLE webinar provides municipal attorneys with a practical overview of airport law issues facing local governments that own or operate public-use airports. The program will cover core federal and state regulatory frameworks, including FAA grant assurances, compliance and enforcement trends, land-use compatibility, and risk-management considerations for both large and small airports.
