Secretary of planning commission just emailed, asking how to write up the
minutes because the meeting was noticed for town hall but town hall wasn't
open so they called the meeting to order on the sidewalk and then walked
across the street and met in the office of one of the members.
Basically they recessed and reconvened across the street.
I think that complies with the Open Meetings Act. Does anyone disagree?
The purpose of the meeting was to approve a preliminary report recommending
the adoption of new zoning, so I want to be sure there isn't a colorable
claim that the action is invalid.
Thanks for your insight.
