Poetry in the Park

Write253 teaching artist Kate Threat will lead two poetry-writing workshops for girls and young women of color (ages 11-18) on July 20 (at Wright Park) and July 27 (at People's Park). Both workshops begin at 1pm and will run approximately 2 hrs. 

The workshops will explore the intersection of nature and humanity and feature a book arts project, as well as snacks and drinks!

These are free workshops and no pre-registration is required-- just show up!
