Despite the rain, over 100 Vuecrest residents took part in the event, which featured over 3000 eggs, thousands of pieces of candy, dozens of donuts, an espresso cart, and a visit from the Easter Bunny. Thanks to Britta Bacon, Amber Hansen, and everyone else who helped make this event a success. Assessments Update Thanks to the 190+ property owners who have paid their 2012 assessment. We have just over a dozen assessments to go. Covenant Corner - Trees Sincere appreciation to owners who have pruned or removed trees and restored neighbor's vistas. A reminder that our Protective Restrictions protect views, and say, "No trees or shrubs on any of the Property shall be permitted to reach a height that will obstruct the main-floor view of the adjacent or neighboring properties". There are still several properties with trees that are impacting views, and we'll continue to work with neighbors to address those. We are grateful for your support.
