There is a (big) element of luck involved since we have ((too) many) tests that fail intermittently, so if I reran those tests now, the result might look worse.
I'm not the only one trying to keep the tree green: Tom got Mac builds going recently, Markus Adrario looks after calendar tests and Aceman is constantly improving tests to make them more reliable.
While I have your attention, let me mention that moving date/time display to mozIntl is almost complete (one review outstanding in chat), which means with bug 1379905 being merged to M-C later today, people can once again get non-English date/time display in en-US versions by setting pref intl.regional_prefs.use_os_locales, which will be exposed in the options UI in bug 1384007.
