Demodulate WWVB

I am starting a new thread since my question from the last thread has been
answered.  My Syncserver S300 is not able to receive WWVB signals because
of the phase modulation.  I would like to build/buy something that will
demodulate the signal so that both of my Syncservers in two locations can
receive the WWVB signal.

I see this article that might be a good starting point but does it decode
the phase modulation?  I would want to add a BNC connector to the board to
attach to my external antenna.  I would also want to add an additional BNC
connector to feed to the Syncserver.

Hi Todd:

Universal-Solder sells both AM and PM receiver boards for WWVB.

It does encode in AM, not phase
It does NOT decode
Erik.

Hi

Keep in mind that you are not allowed to broadcast on 60 KHz.
You can generate a signal there. If you do, it very much needs
to be constrained in terms of how far it goes. With a small antenna,
it is not going to radiate very far. Coupling into things like power
lines ….. who knows. Either way, if it gets off your property, that
really isn’t something that should be happening.
