Energy Efficient Schools - the Grants & Results Tacoma Olympia Cascadia branch Presentation Thursday January 10th,  7:30-9 am Join us for a great presentation featuring Nancy Johns, Coordinator High Performance Schools and Energy Grants from the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI). We'll be taking a look at the relationship between high-performance design and construction and energy efficiency grant work, plus on-going performance tracking and the first-year performance results achieved.   OSPI has received over $126 million dollars from the State capital budget to fund energy efficiency improvements in Washington's K-12 schools. Project applications are competitively awarded based on prior award, leverage ratio, simple payback and persistence.
