Good afternoon.

Safety of our residents and our children continue to be a top priority.  There are 2 areas that I want to bring to your attention.

First, our children.  Be aware of your surroundings when driving in the community.  Speed limits and Stop signs are there for a purpose.  Remember we don’t have sidewalks in our community by design. Kids are our future and we need to be aware for them.

Also,  to ensure the safety of our community and residents, we change the front vendor gate code.  Please communicate this as needed.

Effective May 1st, the new Vendor Gate Code changed to #0701.

In order to allow time to communicate to your contractors/ vendors, we always keep the old code active for a couple weeks during the transition.

We couldn't get water in one of our tub/shower and fridge line but have it everywhere else. Just spent some time with a space heater and blow dryer thawing the pipe and they work now. Thank You,Amanda Thelemann
