Our holiday party is on Saturday, December 14th beginning at 9:30 in the
park . Santa will arrive at 10:00 with small gifts for the children.  Each
family will provide the gift for their own child/children.  Please keep the
cost of each gift under $10.00 and they must be wrapped and clearly
labeled with your child's name so Santa can read who he is giving the gift
to.
I will have a bucket to collect these gifts beginning next week on my porch
at 27722 April Dawn.
Audra Armstrong, Alyson Hamlin and I will be organizing this festive get
together.  If you would like to help, please let me know.  We are looking
at providing hot chocolate, and treats. This year, we would love to have
homemade goodies that are special for the holidays.  If you can donate a
dozen cookies or other delectable, please respond here so we can see what
we have.
Sunny has graciously offered the use of his large speaker so we can mingle
with holiday music while we wait for Santa.  As always, we are looking for
a large, throne-like chair for Santa to sit in while he speaks with each
child.
Lastly, does anyone have extra holiday decorations (deer, snowman, fake
trees with lights, etc) to decorate the corner at the park?  It's such a
nice spot and it could use some Christmas attention.  Again, just respond
here.  I can pick up whatever you may have and set it up.

Thank you and hope to see you on the 14th.
