For those on the list who do not watch the tropical weather, those of us
that do now have Dean, predicted to be a hurricane by Friday and approaching
Hispanola by Sunday. The middle of next week could be exciting on the
Florida peninsula. And, yes, I know it is pretty early to predict......

For those that want to join yet another emailing list, one that will send
you info, in text form, about tropical depressions as they progress into
hurricanes, go to http://www.nhc.noaa.gov/signup.shtml. Not as pretty as
what many websites will do for you, but great if your internet bandwidth is
limited.
