Tri Club: Week of May 23-30 Workout Opportunities (includes Monday, 5/30, Memorial Day)

Hello Gators,
Following are the organized workout opportunities available to you from now
through Memorial Day weekend...

  • *Monday, 5/23, 8:30pm-9:30pm: *Indoor "open water swimming" with Brian
    at the Y's lap pool (see Facebook event).  Great opportunity to work on
    open water techniques such as buoy turns, mass starts, swimming in traffic,
    drafting, siting, etc.  Feel free to bring a wetsuit if you need to get
    some experience.
  • *Tuesday, 5/24, 6:15pm: *SRT bike intervals / run brick with
    Michelle.  Meet at the Reynolds Dog Park for a prompt 6:15pm start (or, if
    you are running late, join us in progress on the SRT between Pawlings and
    the bridge construction).
  • *Wednesday, 5/25: *Tri Swim workouts with Don S (10am-11am) and
    Maribeth (8:30pm-9:30pm) at the Y.
  • Thursday, 5/26 evening: Uncoached group bike ride... We'll either
    take advantage of the Suburban Cyclists ride that departs Appalachian
    Brewing Company at 6pm or do an "out and back" on the SRT from the Reynolds
    Dog Park at 6:15pm (potentially with a quick hydration stop at the
    Conshohocken Brewery).  Stay tuned to Facebook for more details coming soon!
  • *Saturday, 5/28, 8:15am: *Blue Marsh OWS / bike ride / run... See

  • *Monday, 5/30, 7:30am: *Lake Nockamixon bike ride / run on the

    NOTE: Due to Memorial Day, there will be no Tri Club swim workouts at the Y
    on this date.

that you are doing if you are seeking company.
