This is an invitation from the owners of the some of the downtown properties
near Vuecrest that would be directly affected by the height and other
changes being proposed as part of the Downtown Livability Initiative.
Note that there is also a city-sponsored Open House on the proposed changes
on Tuesday June 3 (4:30-6:30 in City Hall), and I am also working with the
Bellevue Planning department to arrange a special meeting to help answer
questions from Vuecrest residents.
Also, the slides presented by the city at the Wednesday meeting are now
available at

P.S. I was just informed that the proposed height limit for area 2c was
reduced from 300' to 200' (it is currently 90') and the FAR (Floor Area
Ratio) limit will remain at 5.0.
