At 1:13 we have not lost any pressure so far but my bet our luck is about to run out.  We are on Woodland pass.

Most,  if not all, of our houses have PEX piping. It will freeze but should not burst when it thaws. No guarantees. I think saws is having issues. Our water pressure has dropped to 40 or 50 % of normal.
