Tundra Swan - estimated 250; possibly more
Snow Goose - 4 adults counted; no Ross' Goose
Greater Scaup -  7 drakes
Ring-neck Duck - 3 drakes
Canvasback - 2 drakes
Mallard - pair

A good scope and stable tripod were necessary for good views. The winds were strong and out of the west.

Also,

Rough-legged Hawk (dark morph) - single bird over the fields

Directions:

From the 401, follow Hwy 24 south of Cambridge, bearing right onto East River Road. In the Village of Glen Morris, turn right onto Glen Morris Road and follow to the next stop sign. Turn left onto Pinehurst Road. Alternatively, follow Spragues Road south of Cambridge until it becomes Pinehurst Road. Once past Pinehurst CA, turn left onto West Dumfries Road and continue eastward. Pull off approx. midway to the first bend in the road. Flooded field containing TUSW and SNGO is located midway between W Dumfries and Paris Plains Church Roads.
