It took a lot of searching, but the place that apparently bought out all the parts when Cetrek went out of business is:

I sent my old Cetrek unit — remote, CPU and all, to them a couple of years ago after buying the boat and they rebuilt it perfectly. It wasn’t cheap because it required a total rebuild. About $1000, as I remember.
But the boat was set up for the Cetrek and buying another system would have meant a new compass, drive system, etc.
No guarantees that they still have parts for yours, but it’s probably the last resort.
