- Zoning & Affordable Housing – Legal trends in land use regulations and state preemption issues.
- Environmental & Climate Litigation – Local government responses to climate change and enforcement challenges.
- Police Reform & Public Safety – Updates on qualified immunity, law enforcement accountability, and policy changes.
- Public Records & Open Government – Compliance with transparency laws and digital record retention.
- Cybersecurity & Data Privacy – Government liability, breach response, and evolving privacy laws.
- Election Law & Voting Rights – Litigation trends in redistricting, voting access, and election administration.
