Well, there isn't really any real estate availabe..... otherwise I would made a runway.   I once considered trying to buy a 100ft or so wide strip of land in the field behing my property and adjacent to the I66 runway, but decided it wasn't worth it (in many ways!). Plus, it would be that much more to mow, and I've got more than enough now!
