Colleagues: Yukon City staff has asked me to look into the assessment of a "Drainage Basin Fee" to help with infrastructure costs(mainly water and sewer line extensions) for land developed outside of the City's TIF Development District. They are envisioning that this fee would be in addition to the connection fee or impact fees assessed. Wondering if other cities have a similar fee structure that you would be willing to share?
