I agree that convection ovens give a lot of flexibility but beware when shopping. I bought a new one last year, contrained by the whole size. It is underpowered so lots of complaints from my first mate. Not on the boat right now so can't remember the brand. I keep my laptop and cell phone plugged in to DC and I have a DC coffee warmer. Wish I had an inverter like so many of you but...
