Hello all,
Our public policy firm shared the following information regarding the CARES/GEER funding:

Here is the latest reporting from the Department of Education on GEER spending, current as of 11/30 https://covid-relief-data.ed.gov/?utm_content=&utm_medium=email&utm_name=&utm_source=govdelivery&utm_term= . There is not additional information available at this time.

And, governors have until September 2022 for CARES Act and until September 2023 for CRRSA to obligate funds (to adult education programs or other entities).

Thanks,

Sharon Bonney
