Gators: New Tuesday and Thursday Tri Club Workout Schedule

Hello Gators,Starting next Tuesday, 10/14, we will be modifying the Tuesday and Thursday night Tri Club workout schedule through the end of December as follows...Tuesdays, 7:30pm-9pm: Triathlon Boot Camp led by Michelle.  Will include a variety of activities including spinning, strength building, core work, etc... The perfect way to build your strength during this part of the training year!  The location will be the spinning room upstairs down the hall in between the two gyms.Thursdays:7:30pm-8:30pm: Bike trainers on the pool deck.  Workouts designed by Danny and led by me.8:45pm-9:30pm: Yoga with Maribeth in the studio on the first floor down the hall between the gyms (to the right)
All other workouts will remain on the same schedule...Mondays and Wednesdays, 10am-11am and 8:30pm-9:30pm: Tri Swim classSaturdays, 7:30am-9:30am: Typically bike trainers with an occasional brick run following and/or a swim preceding (7:10am-7:30am).  Will also periodically mix in a "mini-tri" session.
