Has been for sale on yacht world for some time.

Built 2001

Any one care to offer any opinions on its true value relative to the
new builds out there.
It's practicality as a sometime live aboard.
The cost needed to have it updated with current electronics etc.
Is the beam and draft going to largely discount it as a loop cruiser?
