Before recycling was 'a thing,' it was the thing. See 180 unique objects created through reuse! Art, science, beauty and practicality go hand-in-hand in the fascinating exhibition Make/Dohttp://www.washingtonhistory.org/visit/wshm/exhibits/MakeDo/. Items on view come from historical societies across the state and from artists throughout our region.

Try your own hand in the makerspace, stocked with supplies from Earthwise Architectural Salvage, who will be here to facilitate crafting.

And at 5:30, step into the adjacent gallery for a talk given by artists and jurors from the exhibition IN THE SPIRIT Contemporary Native Artshttp://www.washingtonhistory.org/visit/wshm/exhibits/InTheSpirit/.
