Group: Hypothetically, if a public trust found that an amendment to the trust had NOT been properly filed with the Secretary of State, should the Trust go back to operations as they were before the amendment was to be filed, even if it were years later??? It may depend on the substance of the amendment. For example, an amendment adding a member of the board. The member could serve de facto. Other changes might be harder.
