Calling all artists and crafts people -- Peninsula Art League has extended the deadline to apply for this summer's Gig Harbor Art Festival. The new deadline is Wednesday, March 6. All pertinent information is included in the attached Application Form. Festival date: July 20 & 21 Location: Gig Harbor's historic waterfront district The Gig Harbor Summer Art Festival was voted "Best Festival in the Region" by readers of SouthSound Magazine. An estimated 20,000 people attend the event each year. Artists and crafts people throughout the Northwest are invited to apply. Your images, paperwork and application fee must be received by Mar. 6 in order to be considered for the festival. Without art, earth is just 'eh'.
