The Assistant City Attorney will be assigned work in any of several areas of the legal department to include conducting legal research and preparing legal memoranda, drafting and reviewing ordinances, resolutions, contracts, and other documents; and performing other related assigned duties. Preferred applicants will have experience in providing legal advice and/or reviewing municipal legal issues related to planning (zoning, map amendments, specific use permits, annexation, permitting, variances and/or exceptions). Requirements: Degree from an accredited law school and a member in good standing of the Bar of the State of Oklahoma. Salary range: $65,000 - $85,000 DOQ, plus comprehensive benefits package.
