Blayne and Jean Farnan found a juvenile ruff this morning. Kayo Roy is presently (10:22 am) photographing it. The bird is in a field at the corner of Minor Road and Concession 1 in Wainfleet. The field can be reached by taking Highway 24 south to the village of Wainfleet and then turning right on Concession 1 just past the village.
