Happy Halloween Limestone Ranch Families!

Just a friendly reminder that there are a few older teen and college age
residents in Limestone Ranch with disabilities, severe autism, and/or
special needs. Some of these "kiddos" are still the developmental age of
young children and look very forward to Halloween. They may be carrying
blue or teal pumpkins so you know they are disabled in some way.

From the parent of a 22-year-old (who will be out trick or treating with

me or a caregiver tonight,  celebrating his birthday too), and on behalf of
the other special needs families in the neighborhood, we thank you in
advance for your kindness, understanding, and patience. There are several
new families in the neighborhood, and I thought it was important to put
this info out again in case one of us comes to your door.  Then come by
ours...we have full size candy bars! LOL

Thanks from the bottom of our hearts to those of you who have been so good
to our son for so many years. Hope everyone has a great evening.

My husband, Neal and I sat on our porch chairs and really enjoyed seeing
everyone dressed in costumes while we handed out treats on the corner of
April Dawn. The stream of trick or treaters lasted a couple of hours and it
was heart warming to see kids young and older come by.
I now understand the significance of the teal pumpkin and happy that
Halloween is a time for everyone to enjoy.
