Look for the NEP Project Decisions Early Fall
A big “Thank YOU!” to all who shared their ideas for our community and Chris Bodiford for keeping us up to date and informed. The Neighborhood Enhancement Project ballot submission ended on June 29th.  The city will now be going through the submissions for the next two months and will let us know what they decide.

Sumiyoshi/Continental Property Project Update
Here is the June construction schedule for the five story rental apartment complex at our east entrance (the northeast corner of 10th and 100th). The 137-unit apartment building will have two levels of underground parking.

What to Expect This Month:

Concrete work will continue at the West & South sides of the project. Drywall is nearly complete on the 1st floor. Cabinets and flooring are being installed on the 1st floor. Finishes are scheduled to be installed in the common areas this month. Pavers and the egress path are currently being placed at the rooftop amenity. Landscaping should begin this month around the perimeter of the building.

Our Community is Enjoying the Sunshine!
After July 4th, it’s officially summer in the Northwest!  That means that many of our friends and neighbors are enjoying summer walks in our community. So, PLEASE WATCH YOUR SPEED while watching the road. There are lots of irreplaceable people and pets on the streets!
