Salvation Army at Gander Mountain in "Waite Park", just on the western border of St. Cloud.

Dog Show:
Granite City Kennel Club, St Cloud Civic Center, 10 4th Ave St Cloud
11:00 AM (after 12 other dogs, so probably starting around 11:30) 4-6-3-1 Ring 6
Northstar Newfoundland Club Specialty 12:30 Sweepstakes; 12:45 5-6-3-1 same ring
4 PM Northstar Newfoundland Club Board of Directors Meeting Outside Ring 6, Dog show
After the Board Meeting (4:30?) Northstar Newfoundland Club General Membership Meeting. Ringside at the dog show
5 PM (or whenever) Happy Hour at DB Searles (about a block away)
6 PM (or a little later) Banquet at DB Searles
7:30 (following dinner) Silent auction and raffle drawing at DB Searles of Newfoundland Collectibles

For $30 it's pretty good deal. Then you know. A regular appt. can run over $150. Hope that helps.
