UPCOMING WORKOUTS UPDATE...

• Today: Our final 2020 weeknight ride is a 100% go for tonight and we have
perfect weather (mid 60s so you might want an extra layer)!  Due to the
early sunset (6:43pm), we'll start promptly from the Dog Park at 5:30pm.
Since Tuesday night's ride was canceled, the plan is to do an intervals
ride tonight (instead of an out and back).  If you'd like to join, but
cannot get there in time for the start, you can park at the Pawlings
Trailhead and join us there.

• Sunday: Our group uncoached swim workout is CANCELED due to an unexpected
Y closure resulting from some construction work in the area that will have
the facility's power shut down.  We do still have the Friday morning
(10:15am-11am) and next Monday night (7pm-7:5pm) swim workouts coming up.

• Future Workout Registration: Just a head up... As we've done recently for
swim workouts, we'll be posting a weekly survey to gauge attendance at our
upcoming workouts.  It will include all workouts including the swims, the
spin sessions (Wednesdays 6:30pm; we will be limited to 13 riders plus the
instructor for these sessions), the Zwift meetups (Tuesday evenings), and
the run workouts (Thursdays 6pm).
