The latest issue of Journal of Virtual Worlds Research, titled,
"Virtual Worlds and Kids," is now out. Sun Sun Lim (U of Singapore)
and I served as editors, and the issue features research on sites such
as Neopets, Club Penguin, and Whyville as well as research on how
parents and kids are interacting in virtual spaces online and how
various stakeholders are negotiating the commercialized landscape of
these spaces.  It's available online here: http://www.jvwresearch.org/page/home
.  Thanks for circulating news about this!
