It is just an illusion. When you see something further away that appears
the same size your brain interprets it as being bigger than the same object
closer that is the same size.

Subject: [OpenSCAD] Viewing problem in orthogonal perspective
Hi, gentlemen,
I am a beginner, but I successfully draw my first part.
It looks fine. (It is very "squared", with right angles in the corners).
However I meet a viewing problem I dont understand:
When I watch the part in "perspective" mode, it appears as it should, (the
distances away from the viewer appear shorter),
When I switch to the "orthogonal" mode, I expected to see the part without
any perspective, as in the so called "isometric" perspective.
Instead of this, it appears in a kind of inverted perspective, (the
distances away from the viewer appear longer).
What did I do wrong?
Thanks
RV
