Activities last week:
Fixed bustage, no beta uplifts or release activities, looked for and fixed regressions, 5 reviews, misc. bug fixes, sheriffing. List below. Notable:

1. Written Core::Editor Mochitest to protect plain text editor
2. Fixed #1 top crash in TB 56
3. Survey of NS_[IF_]ADDREF in all of mailnews/ and fixes (use of owner.forget(transferTo)) (ongoing)

Obstacles and impediments:
Slow reviews as noted below, eight and five weeks delay so far.
Currently no build/release support leading to: No automatic Daily updates, no L10n Dailies, complete test failure on Linux, failed beta build.

General remarks:
C-C tree status: Critical (details below), no manpower to investigate various intermittent test failures.
Current known threats from M-C: Dev tools become system add-on (sounds like a broken record but is still true).

Tree status classification: Green, Normal (some failures), Deteriorating (many failures, opt builds still green), Critical (opt builds with failures), I had to switch off seven test failing due to bustage, Blocked, Doomed.

Currently we have no test coverage on Linux due to misconfiguration of servers.
