Adding additional dumpsters would be a great. We were unable to place anything in them last time. There wasn’t room for even a sheet of paper! Also, this has been on my mind for quite some time and I wish I had spoken up sooner. We as a neighborhood spend a lot of money on food trucks, and parties throughout the year. I’m not saying that’s a bad idea. Not at all. I just think that since we all live in high dollar homes, we don’t really need the luxury of our HOA paying for this type of thing all the time. We can resume doing so after we do what I am going to suggest we do. I feel it’s the right thing for HOA dollars to pay for stone wall/fences, on the side of the two homes next to the back exit gate. Not one of us would be happy with all the traffic going through there or the loss of privacy if they lived in either of those two homes. I ask that you thoughtfully consider this proposal.
