I am a 64 year old internationally recognized architect who, with the
assistance of
a naval architect, and several engineering colleagues, over a period of 7
years, has constructed a state of the art, go anywhere, long-range cruising
yacht. She
is 75' in length, constructed of steel and designed for 8 guests (4 double
staterooms) and a professional crew of four.

Invested costs to date are U.S. $750,000. While she is fully

operational, a further U.S.$400,000. is required to make her ready for
chartering. I do not have
these funds and at my age am not prepared to go into debt to obtain them.

     Three scenarios are possible:

     (1) A partnership- Such a partner would have to invest at least

U.S.$600,000. for which I would turn over 50% ownership and agree to
complete the vessel.
However, with such a partner I would want his or her participation in all
decisions.

      (2) A world cruise fully crewed and provisioned by a professional

yacht management company.. The cruise would circumnavigate the globe over a
five-year period and remain in choice cruising-grounds long enough so that each
participant would be able to have 2 or more weeks in each. I estimate that
if there
were 6 participants each would have the vessel on their own for more than six
weeks a year. At the end of the cruise the vessel would be sold and its
residual value
distributed. I estimate costs before resale of the vessel per participant
in the region of
600,000 based on 6. After resale, perhaps U.S.$400,000.

       (3) Outright sale as is with no further involvement from me.

Bottom line price exclusive of any commissions, U.S.$500,000. Non negotiable.

I would be interested to hear from anyone interested in any

option.
